The Church in Africa is lagging behind in missions. Most Africans view of a missionary is someone from the west and this idea is robbing Africa of it's inheritance among the nations. The church is not being involved in missions. This book is to raise an awareness for missions in Africa. It gives a view of missions and how the church can be involved in missions.
The book includes stories of Africa Missionaries past and present; the struggles, the joys and the victories of the Africa's unsung missionary heroes that are not often talked about nor mentioned.
Shirley Nyasha is from Zimbabwe, and has been involved in missions fro 16 years. Her love for people, cultures and nations, lead her to pursue intercultural studies, with the desire to see Godly expressions of the Gospel within the nations. Shirley is passionate about seeing people stepping out into what God has called them to do, and helping them achieve their dreams. She desire to see Africans taking an active role in missions ans having their inheriatence among the nations.
