Plunged into three nightmare days, an average man tries, in spite of his horror and very real fear, to solve a mystery which turns his ordinary life upside down.
Danger has invaded his previously quiet life and nothing makes sense any more.
He finds the woman of his dreams, or is it just part of the nightmare? Is anything really what it seems?
Hi, First, Hugo Dexter is one of my pen names. I have books in various genres and write under my own name, Evangeline Auld, and also use the names ; Hilary Chase, Jenna James and Amy Younghusband.
I was born and grew up in South Africa. I moved to Britain as an adult, lived for a time in the Middle East, and I'm now based in France. I have a degree in English Literature from the University of London.
My family members were all voracious readers - you could say books were a family passion. As time went on, for me this interest translated into a love of writing as well and some of my efforts have been published on Amazon. In 2006 I was fortunate enough to win the Swift Society Poetry Prize.
3 Day Nightmare was, in fact, a joint effort by me and my younger sister,, who lives in Australia. We wrote alternate chapters, without knowing how the story would progress and kept emails flying back and forth as each chapter finished. I wonder if you can see the joins?
