My name is Dale Lewis Roberts and I'm an American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer, Certified, with an ACE specialty certification in Senior Fitness. I am for one a meat eater...but a friend of mine told me to look into this book to try and incorporate some vegetables into my life. Dale Roberts did just that...he told you breakfast options, dinner options, snack options, and everyone's favorite dessert options for vegetarians. All the recipes looked really good and most of the items needed will already be in your house so you won't have to go and buy everything. Most of the recipes even included sources of protein without having to eat meat! The idea Dale was trying to conceive about "If it's green, it's good" is truly a great idea in this book.

A great guide on cooking simple healthy meals for Vegetarians or not. The author explains the concept of eating clean and provides a variety of recipes that are full of nutrients and vitamins that jump start the human metabolism making it work efficiently. I tried a couple of teh breakfast recipes and was very impressed. I'm looking forward to trying all of them. I recommend this without a doubt.

A very impressive book! I've read many diet books and I can easily say that this one was the most thorough I've read to date. It's packed with information and contains several useful lists and charts. It was also incredibly well written.If you're one of the innumerable people out there who desire to lose weight, but have problems finding a diet that suits you I definitely recommend reading, and more importantly using this book.
