A series of poems I wrote about my fathers long battle with cancer and his eventual death.
I grew up in the fields of Kansas as the son of the maintenance man at a Bible camp. He is why I am trying to share my poetry beyond my circle of friends. He died this year of a severe case of skin cancer. I chronicled his last days through several poems, and since they have served to encourage others who have experienced similar suffering, I have provided them here as a collection.
